This guy looks like he doesn't know if he is coming or going. Is it just a trick of the light or has someone been photoshopping? 
Just imagine getting in the elevator in this skyscraper and going up to the ground floor!  Can anyone see why this guy is so good at rock climbing?

We have been playing around on our graphics program again. This guy is upside down, well most of him anyway. 
We are not all about optical illusions here at Optical Spy. We do like Art of all kinds, but especially unusual art and photography (have you seen our Tech Art Gallery?). Anyway we thought this picture was both beautiful and unsettling., so thought you might like it too.  Here is our latest illusion for you. It is a beautiful picture (origin) of a fire escape that we have, let's say, tweaked. So if there happened to be a fire in this building, you are pretty much screwed. 
The pool and arches optical is our version of the many similar illusions we have seen over the years of arches straddling things. Ours utilises a beautiful picture (origin) of a swimming pool overlooking a fantastic sea view. But what has happened to the pillars of the arches?  At first glance we have two stools that have been manufactured as a conjoined pair, which is a bit unusual in its self. But on closer inspection this has the feel of an impossible triangle about it.
