This great photo by Dennis Hodges gives an illusionary look at the buildings of Manhattan. It takes a short while to get your head around the perspective but eventually it can be seen correctly.

Is this an apple tree or an orange tree. The only way to find out is to stare at the red dot for thirty seconds and then look at a white wall or ceiling and maybe keep blinking.

A pavement installed in a Welsh town which creates an optical illusion that hides a kerb has caused at least 20 people to trip so badly that they needed to be taken to hospital.

Stare at the black dot in the third car on the right for 30 seconds or more then your eyes will create a black car that you might be able to "park" between the other two, if you have good eye coordination.
